Corralejo Holidays Guide

Corralejo is a famous tourist spot in Spain. It is situated on the north coast of Fuerteventura, one of the most beautiful Canary Islands. Corralejo is a small fishing village and a port too. You can visit to Corralejo through ferries from Playa Blanca in Lanzarote. There are thousands of tourists who visit there regularly to spend a sunny and sandy holiday.

Calle General Franco, is the main street of Corralejo and which is also one of the most important market of Corralejo. You can get any type of shops here on this street. There are many things which can be enjoyed in Corralejo such as watersports, tennis, ferry trips to Lanzarote, glass-bottom boat trips, jeep safaris, island tours, motorcycle tours and mountain biking. Outside the town, there is a nature reserve festooned with miles of sand dunes and which is surrounded by beaches. In Corralejo, you will find many famous restaurants such as El Bribon, The Point Restaurant, Taverna Los Piratas Bar Tapas and El Pescador. Wide variety of cuisines can be found such as English Fish, Mexican tacos and Indian curry.

Apart from all these things there are many other attraction points also such as Beaches of Fuerteventura. You will find the perfect beach around Jandia, which is situated on the southern tip of the island. If you are with family then you can visit to Oasis de Los Camellos zoo.  Puerto del Rosaria is an important town. It was the home of the military governors of the island between the 17th and mid-19th century. Now it has become a tourist place.
